I went shopping today at our local CVS. This time was different, though. I planned and coupon clipped and looked for what was on sale.

I spent $50 BUT I saved $30 AND got a $10 "gift card". I didn't buy anything that we don't normally use and what we would need in the next two weeks.

I am putting that $30 in my newly formed "Saving for Disney" box. We are going in October... so let's see how this builds by then!

I need to get back to serious couponing now that the holiday craziness is over. We've been living off of my stockpile since early December, with the exception of milk and fresh produce. It's time to replenish my supplies. Thanks for providing the inspiration!
