My family just returned last night from a wonderful trip to WDW and while we were there my DH and I decided to take the DVC tour. It was awesome, no hassle, no pressure, and the kids had a wonderful time at the Kid's Clubhouse...infact they want to go back . While we were on the tour my DH and I decided that we would definitely buy into DVC at BLT which we are very excited for. We bought a small contract right now (100 points) and when we sell our existing condo that we own, we plan on adding 200 more points. I am just so happy that our family is apart of the DVC family and cannot wait to make many more Disney memories

Welcome home, it is exciting! If you do end up adding on 200 points remember that smaller contracts can work better (2, 100 point contracts) if you ever decide to sell part of your ownership. Congratulations!
