Just got our Connections Tickets!

I ordered the 7 day park hopper plus tickets and Q & C vouchers. I ordered Sunday night (7/21) and they arrived this afternoon (7/24) via UPS. I called this morning to check (No tracking on the Connections website.) and the supervisor stated they had been shipped on the 22nd. So, it really only took two days. Not too bad. Plus, both reps I spoke with were very polite and helpful, and the supervisor gave me her name and ID # without me even asking for it. I think Connections is trying to provide better customer service than in the past based on some of the older posts.

Very good news! We joined up again last month, placed & order, received in the next day & I just placed another order yesterday.... Our billing was correct each time & the yearly fee was correct as well at 79.95....
