Just got our boarding passes online!

Something about the moment you print your boarding passes online makes the trip seem that much closer. I got such a rush and feeling of excitement at the moment I started printing. Being able to have them in my hand, is just to much for me to bear.

Am I crazy?

Hi I do not mean to jump on your post but I am flying for the first time since forever, and at that time I had someone who knew what I was doing? I don't know how or why you would get your boarding passes online. Can you enlighten me. Thanks....Gail

Not everyone can get there boarding passes online. I bought my tickets online directly from Spirit Air website. So they allow me to print them off there website with-in 45 days of departure. So depends I think on how you bought your airfare. If you did not buy your airfare directly off the airline website or the the airline you buy from lets you. Read your paper work.

I can get the boarding passes at check-in at the airport too. Just one more thing I don't have to worry about. Also the boarding passes has my seat number, so I know I have the seat I asked for in the beginning.

On Southwest you can print your boarding pass after midnight of the day of departure. All you have to do is make sure you all have separate confirmation numbers. We were all on the same one in August and I called to get us each our own #. They did it on the phone and emailed me the confirmation information.This is great you are all in A. Which means at least you sit together.

Independence Air and Airtran will allow you to print your boarding passes 24 hours before departure.

Thanks ladydancer I went to Delta web site and found out I can print them out 24 hourd ahead. This is now one thing I know to do.

American also allows you to print your boarding pass 24 hours in advance. It was helpful to us, since DH took the car to long term parking while we got in line to be screened. We got in before him, but since he had his boarding pass, we didn't have to wait and it saved time.
