Hey there.. good to hear from you...

we have the bounceback from Sept 27 (last day of bounceback - out for 14 days) and one extra day on Sept 26 - in watching the fares.. the flight may be much cheaper for us (4 tickets) if we go midweek... So if we could add to night and get free dining I would do it.. I'd rather spend the money and be on vacation 2 days earlier.. than spend it on a flight...

I did call back and was told I could get it from the 20 - 26 .... but I wanted 24-26.... actually ... I'D LOVE A CODE for like 30 or 40% for those three days and skip the free dining.. but I have never gotten one in snail or email

I booked it..... I didn't really want to.. but the CM talked me into it..

I called today and was told me ENTIRE trip had to be within the Sept. 20 time frame. Going Sept 19-28. Did I just get a bad rep???

Yes, you got a mean CM. We are going from 9/19-9/27 and have free dining for the whole trip. I would call back and try again! As long as you check in by the 20th, free dining is included.

Yes, call them back. We are booked from 9/19-9/27 at the POP

They have had a few instances where CMs have exteneded the plan (due to confusion and lack of knowledge) they are now getting all the Cms on the same page and they will not extend it past the 20th.

I booked 9/20-9/27 and I got free dining. The rep started to tell me they couldn't do that past the 20th and then she put me on hold and checked. When she came back she said they would be able to do it! I would have changed the dates if I had to, but the week from the 20th works best for us.
