Just got off the Fantasy...

Just e-mailed all my navigators to www.disneycruiselineblog.com. Hopefully they will be able to be posted soon to help everyone with their planning. If anyone wants me to e-mail them directly to you, just PM me your e-mail address and I'll be happy to forward them.
Hello!

My family and I are leaving for our first cruise EVER on June 27th!!! I. Can. Not. Wait!!!!!! I would love for you to email me your navigators but I can not figure out how to pm you. Would you please pm me and I can respond with my email address?? Sorry about this, I am still trying to learn the system!

It will not let me send you a PM, I think this is because your post count is too low (mine might be as well, I'm not sure). Hopefully www.disneycruiselineblog.com will post them soon, and they will be a help for you. This was our first cruise, and we had an absolute blast. I hope you have a great cruise!

The first half of the week had Michael Holly (Juggler/Comedian, very funny for both the family show and the adult show, loved it) and Taylor Mason (Ventriloquist/Comedian, also very funny, adult show was very very good). The second half had Dale K (Hypnotist/Comedian, he was pretty good, I got on stage for the adult show and it was a fun time) and Levent (Magician/Comedian, he was ok, but we weren't overly impressed with his show).

Hope this helps, we went to every one of the shows, both in the theater and in The Tube. It was a lot of fun!

We saw Michael Holly's adult show in The Tube and it was very good. We also saw Levent's adult show and enjoyed that, too.

What we didn't enjoy was The Tube itself for the shows. It is very difficult to get a seat where you can see. The only way to get on the floor seemed to be to go to whatever events were prior to the shows. We had late dinner seating, so we were stuck way in the back for the shows. Makes it difficult for shows that rely on visuals, like juggling and magic.

I'm cruising on the Fantasy in 12 days. if there are any questions that you guys have that have not been answered yet, shoot me a private message and I can look into it while on board and I will definitely scan and post my navigators.

We had late dining as well but we were able to get floor seats, usually in a booth. We would get out of dinner between 10-10:15 and go straight to the Tube. Sometimes the early ice breaker had started, sometimes not. We got floor seats there every night except the first night, but we didn't finish dinner the first night until 10:30.

Interesting. For some reason, we always seemed to be the last table done with dinner in our area. We arrived early and I don't think we ate particularly slowly.

There was a table of 4 next to us and they were often getting their desserts while we were just getting our entrees. We didn't mind the long dinner, it was nice time to spend with the family, but it did put us at a big disadvantage for the late shows. I guess we could have spoken up and increased the speed of our dinners, we just didn't think to do it.

It still seems like they need to find a better space to have the shows. I'd guess that about one third of the people in the venue had restricted views. And, if you sat down anywhere around the edges of the room, people would come and sit right in front of you. I had to stand for the entire Levent show and still only had a partial view or both him, and the very small screens.

We were on the same cruise and we had RAERAAE

Not sure I understand why it's important to know others' dining rotations???? What can you do with that info?

I think it helps if you are planning a specialty dining venue and don't want a conflict or miss a favorite venue. That's all I can think of.

We were on the western.
Thanks for responding! We are cruising the Eastern so I suppose the Navigators would be considerably different. Knowing how much I would like to see current Eastern Itinerary Navigators for the Fantasy has inspired me to post mine promptly upon return from our cruise vacation. I always save them....I have banker's boxes full as this is our 45th cruise. Believe it or not, I have been known to go back and refer to some of them. LOL
