Just got my planning kit and have a few questions

I just got my planning kit today! I having an intimate wedding on July 26, 2007 @ the WP. I am a little confused with this kit? In the kit it has a page where your are to list all your guests. From my understanding, the intimate wedding allows up to 18 guests (20 including the bride and groom). Why are there only 10 blanks for guest names?. I also wanted a custom cake instead of the one offered and I want different flavors that the ones listed for the intimate cakes. How do I go about doing that? I also wanted some reccommendations for hair and make up from the list given by my coordinator. Who did ya'll use and would you reccommend them????

As far as the guest list......I didn't even turn mine in.

We have made our final payment and they haven't even mentioned it.

As far as the cake, just tell your WC you want to upgrade it and they will get you all the info, and tell you how to fill that out. For a lot of my planning kit, i just put "discussed with coordinator"

I was told not even to worry about the guest page. Just make sure they have your number of guests right. All that matters for an intimate is that they have enough plates, glasses etc at your cake cutting.

What I would do for this is on the space provided write: Upgrading to custom cake. I believe from there you'll need to hash out the details with your WC. I'd just write it on there so it's there for reference.

I used Anna for Makeover Majic for my hair. She was superb. I can't say ebough good things about her. When I was stressed about my WC situation, she completely de-stressed me. Super-friendly, easy to talk to...and she knows what she's doing.
(I did my own make up)
