And I set up my account, easy peasy. The membership card just has my name on though. The deed is in DH and mine. Does he need to sign up for a separate Disney account to access his membership card?

Also, we purchased resale. So we can't order a physical card, right?

You are correct that the card is a virtual card. You can take a screen shot of it and that works just fine. Direct purchasers have the option of virtual or physical cards. The virtual is the default. You have to manually request a physical card and it takes 8-10 weeks to get it.

My name is the only one that shows up on my card even though my wife and I own together as well. I think as long as they are listed as part of your travel party, you should be good to go just on yours. I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong. Lol. But, my wife has no intention of getting her own card unless it becomes necessary.

You should have white resale cards not blue direct cards. He will probably need to get his own activation code to access your account and download his ID card.
