Just got my ADR for LeCellier on Oct 16th

After reading all the reports of not being able to get into any TS restaurants right now, and hearing how people are having trouble with getting ADR's during the F&W festival I decided to try and plan for some ADR's. I've already made my touring plan with which day we are going to which park and which night we are doing the MNSSHP and left all but one afternoon open for rest and beers by the pool. Now, my girlfriend is ok with my planning, or at least I thought see was until I told her I was making ADR's for dinners for our Oct 9-17 trip. She asked how the @$#^# would we know what we would want to eat on Oct 11th. Well I calmed her down and told her that we could cancel the ADR's if we didn't feel like eating at LeCellier on the 16th. I then I reminded her of our last 2 trips where we couldn't get into LeCellier because they were completely booked, we even tried to walk up for lunch and dinner with no luck.
So here's what I booked for ADR's last week
Oct 9th nothing yet, we arrive at 1:15, pickup rental car, check-in at SSR, go to Publix for Bud Lite and snacks, maybe some breakfast foods, then to the MK. I've been craving the Hummas/Coleslaw sandwich at Harbour House so no ADR needed.
Oct 10th Epcot in the morning(still holding out for LeCellier for lunch on this day), MGM in the evening-PLEASE HELP with an ADR for MGM
0ct 11th Animal Kingdom in the morning, MK in the evening for MNSSHP ADR@Crystal Palace for 5:30, we want to be finished and in the party by 7
Oct 12th Sleep in after the party ADR@Boma for breakfast @10:30, then MGM in the evening, maybe just CS
Oct 13th IOA/US or maybe SW eat off-site, maybe the MK in the evening for Wishes
Oct 14th Check-out of SSR, AK in the morning, check-in at AKL, ADR@Jiko for 5:30 Epcot in the evening if we are up to it, might just explore the resort with my girlfriend as she has never stayed there before.
Oct 15th MGM in the morning, Epcot in the evening with an ADR@9 Dragons @6:00
Oct 16th MK in the morning, Epcot in the afternoon/evening ADR@LeCellier @ 1:50 for lunch(Just got this one todayIt's the only ADR I could get there the entire trip!!!)
Oct 17th Checkout of AKL, Go to AK the ride EE as many times as I can before heading to the airport.
This will be our 3rd trip to WDW together and have only had 2 TS dinners because of a lack of ADR's and interest in the restaurants we could get into. We have had dinner @ Artist Point(really enjoyed) and Ohana(not so much, might have been better if our server came around more often).
I wanted Jiko on the 15th as it will be the first night we stay @ the AKL but other then that I'm flexible if you feel my ADR's aren't that good!!
ALSO, Please review the days I don't have an ADR and suggest one of your fav's that I'm missing. I also have DDE, not the DDP.

You will love Boma for breakfast! At least we did when we went last year. They have a great juice blend and everything like the pastries and muffins are bite sized so you can have more than one sweet(my weakness). We have eaten at MGM 50's Primetime Cafe lots of fun if you get into the character role playing of finishing your vegetables and elbows off the table. Hollywood and Vine buffet isn't bad and Sci Fi Dine in is pretty good too if you like the themeing.

At MGM, we liked Sci Fi Dine-in because it was a nice dark, quiet and cool break from the chaos of the park, the silent clips were goofy and the food was good (big portions though, sis and I split a burger platter). Great place to order one of those light-up drinks!
