Just got home today - it was crazy busy!

Spent 6 days at the parks and Disneyland was insanely busy. Tomorrowland was especially bad - like can't walk bad. Like just stand there for long periods of time bad.

California Adventure was bad too but not like Disneyland but I think part of that was because of the traffic issue getting around the park with all the construction. You either have to go around by Grizzly River Rapids or by Tower of Terror and through Bugs Land to get to Paradise Pier and the routes were plugged tight.

Had a wonderful time but have I mentioned it was BUSY?

We were there Tuesday and Wednesday and yes, very busy! I agree - Tomorrowland by Star Tours/Buzz was a nightmare and the traffic in CA was annoying. We had fun, but are looking forward to our next (hopefully quieter) visit in October.

Glad you made it home okay! You would think it wouldn't be so crazy busy with the AP black out dates, but it seems like that doesn't make as much difference as it use to.

Well, Premium and Premiere pass holders are never blocked and as for the others, the reason the are blocked right now is because Disney knows that they will be busy without them. They are not "needed" at the moment to bring business to the Parks, so they are blocked. If you want to see the busiest times, look at when the Deluxe passes are blocked out and you will have your answer. (I know, I know, the few days RIGHT before and after the blockout dates can be very busy, but in terms of blocks of days....)
