Just got BOG ressies for March!!! Woo Hoo!

Just tried the website, but it won't accept that our reservation number, first name and surname are correct. I've checked it and tried twice more, but still getting the same result. Has anyone else had this problem? Maybe it's because we are not going until May? :confused3

I don't think May is available yet. Your hotel reservation number is not the one that has letters, it should be a 12 digit #.

Are you using the 12 digit all numerical number?

The number with the letters in it on your first email confirmation will not work. It has to be the 12 digit all numeric number.

Ah!! Thanks both of you, yes I was using the wrong number, will try again, thanks! :thumbsup2

Umm, I've just checked my paperwork, and I don't have a 12 digit reference number. I have the ref number which was on our original email, and when I rang disney a couple of months ago, asking for the 12 digit reference number to set up MDE, they gave me an 8 digit number, consisting of 3 letters then 5 numbers, and that worked to set up MDE. So I was never given a 12 digit reference even though I asked for one. Is it maybe because I'm in the UK? :confused3

Ugh, the website gives me an error. I changed my password...which then works on the DVC website but it won't let me in the BOG website for our March reservation.

If you don't have a 12 digit resort reservation number, try mouse hovering over the 'check in online' button in My Reservations (don't click it). The 12 digit number should be embedded in the link URL. That's where we found ours.

Thanks, but have just had a look and I don't have a Check In Online button... :confused3 :rotfl: Maybe too far ahead?

Probably so. We reserved it the week before we arrived. You might be able to find it embedded in other links within that area. Just hover and click around. Good luck.

Have you gotten your Magic Bands yet? If you're still in your customization period, go to MDE, login and then click Magic Bands and cards on the pulldown menu and you can see your 12 number confirmation number under YOUR ORDER - RESORT NAME.

I didn't realize that the reservations were by your resort reservation number. So, our party is in two rooms and I couldn't book BOG FP+ at the same time. I got overlapping times but it's a pain that it doesn't work like the rest of FP+ where you can link in your friends and family.

When I try to book my FP+ BOG lunch it says I cannot because FP+ is not available for BOG for every on-site guest unless they are specifically invited to 'test' the FP+ BOG experience...I am staying at Art of Animation and have a reservation number. What am I missing? Why won't it let me book BOG FP+ for my MArch trip?

Also, when I enter my 12 digit reservation number on the BOG FP+ Claim Reservation page it says "Guest is already registered"...what does that mean? I have no BOG lunch time scheduled so how can I already be registered? I'm lost.

I'm having problems booking a fastpass as well. It lets me book, but says our reservation will expire in 30 minutes.

After I made the reservation I tried to find the res on My Disney Experience. There is no record of it there and I did not receive any e-mail confirmations. However, when I log back into the BOG FP+ booking site, I can see my res. I guess I should just print that out and bring it with me?

From what I understand, the BOG ressies are not connected to MDE. I have heard others say they are printing the confirmation screen just in case.

Thanks everyone for your help! :thumbsup2 I finally found the 12 digit number from the Magic Band page, thanks for suggesting that, and I have managed to get into the website.

The problem I have now is we have booked two rooms (children are adults now!), so have two reservation numbers and there is nowhere to add the other one. Once May is available to book I will have a look again, but does anyone who's already booked know a way round this problem? Thanks :thumbsup2

I am having the same issue...I took a photo of our ressie! Also, I was able to secure my reservation by using our sign in name and password that I use for My Disney experience...Thanks for the lunch suggestions...The roast beef sandwich has my name written all over it! :cool1:
