Spent day 1 in DCA and day 2 at DLR.

Where we stayed: PVI - this place is awesome! Brand new carpet, comfy bed, clean room..couldn't ask for more. The breakfast and dinner were awesome. Will def stay here again in the future.

DCA: I loved how the place was not crowded..my toddler loved all the rides. WOC and Aladdin were awesome. Bonus was the spicy sausage corndog..omg so yummmmm...

DLR: Again not too crowded, didn't wait too long for the rides we got on. Even went on Buzz Lightyear twice. Small world magical moments was just okay, loved the Soundsational parade and fireworks.

Food we ate: Clam chowder in bread bowl and turkey sandwich at the cafe/bakery at DCA..(also loved the bread tour). Sourdough was delicious. Loved loved the spicy sausage corndog (as mentioned earlier..LOL).
Bengal BBQ was delicious as well at DLR. Ordered 3 diff skewers..all yumm...of course for dessert Dole Whip and Dole Whip float. Awesome! Def worth the 10 mins wait in line =D

We went shopping at Downtown Disney on Day 3. It was hot and humid. Bought a few souvenirs at World of Disney and DD got a bear in woody outfit at build a bear workshop. Overall an awesome trip!!! Thanks for letting me share :dance3:

Thanks everyone! We will start saving for our next Disney vacation...hopefully WDW next time :rotfl:

Glad you had a great experience at Park Vue Inn. :thumbsup2 We're going to stay there for the first time in 2 weeks. Do you have a room (area) recommendation?

Our room was #228 (2nd floor). I liked it because it was towards the back of the property and away from the street. It was very quiet, didn't hear anyone walking by or anything. The breakfast and dinner room is on the 2nd floor so it's just a quick walk all the way up to the front of property. HTH.

Sounds like a great trip. I'm glad everything went well with the hotel and the crowds.

Ooh, that spicy sausage corn dog sounds yummy! I love spicy food and I love corn dogs so this sounds great.
