Hi!
I just wanted to report our satisfaction with the Disney bus transportation from All Star Sports. We stayed at Sports 7/13-7/19 and rode the buses a total of 20 times with no major problems (and this with DH, myself, a preschooler, a baby, and a huge double stroller). We took the bus to and from every park and DTD at various times of day (first thing in the morning, late afternoon, etc.). Our very first ride was to DTD in the evening and the bus was PACKED; we had to stand and that was not fun with squirmy kids and all our gear. However, we had plenty of space nearly every other time we rode, and we never waited more than 15 minutes for a bus.
Staying at Sports versus the other All Stars seemed to give us a slight advantage at times, since the buses picked up and dropped off at Sports before Music and Movies. Sometimes the bus would fill up at Sports and Music and there'd be little room by the time we picked up at Movies. It was nice to be dropped off first, too! Often this wasn't really an issue, though, since many times each All Star would get its own bus.
We didn't try resort-to-resort or park-to-park bus transportation, so I can't report on that, but we were very happy with what we did experience, and the kids thought the bus ride was just another fun WDW attraction!
