Hi!
My kids and I just got back from an advance showing of the Toy Story 1 & 2 double feature coming out next week - it was awesome! The 3D effects were done really well.
Before the show, the local Radio Disney folks were there, and they handed out T-shirts as prizes for trivia questions, and did a free raffle for a basket of goodies.
At the beginning, there was a new part explaining the double feature (the characters were finding the filmstrip) and that there would be a 10-minute intermission. There was also a trailer for the Christmas Carol movie coming out, and a trailer for Toy Story 3D. Looks great!!!!!
During the intermission, they had a countdown (it was 10 minutes from the end of the credits of the first movie till the beginning of the 2nd one) and trivia questions, as well as some new shorts (they called them "treats"), not bloopers like the ones after TS2, but similar - very funny. (Example, Buzz and Woody making shadow animals with their hands and a flashlight.)
Anyway, just thought I'd report... it was really fun!
