Just got back from Poly concierge

We were there from Aug 15 to the 19. If anyone has any questions I will be happy to answer them. My stroller broke the first day I was there, because of these boards I knew to ask the concierge for one. I got the last one they had.

I was on the 2nd floor there was no mildew smell. The room was nice and clean. Housekeeping did a great job.

None of us liked the food they served. I spoke to another guest there and she told me that chef dick was away for a few days. Just my bad luck.

I had a lagoon view room. View was partially blocked by trees.

What was it that you didn't like about the food?

One night they had macaroni with beef. It tasted like something you would get from a can. Another night they had shreeded beef which was awful.

Out of the three nights there our first night was the best. They had chicken wings which was very good.

When it comes to food, what one person likes another dislikes. Everyone has different tastes. I will say there were two other adults with me and they didn't like it either.

Also, it might have been just my bad luck because the regular chef was not there.

but location, free stroller and bottled water well worth it

I think the location is great. I just will not do concierge again. I paid 450 a night and for what they provided I just don't think it's worth it.

I am so glad you posted. It confirmed that I made the right decision today when I switched from Poly Concierge to the Swan/Dolphin. As if the $1107.58 saved wasn't confirmation enough

I just wished I listened to the negative posts before my trip. I just figured not everyone is going to be satisfied. It's funny you mentioned the swan or dolphin because I might stay there next time.
