Just Got Back...Already Missing DLR

We just got back from a 5 day trip to Disneyland...the best vacation EVER! One of my very best friends lives in So-Cal and he was totally non-plussed that we could spend five days in Disneyland and not get bored.

It was awesome---we did get rain but the crowds were light for all but Thursday and we rode more rides the first two days than we normally ride in a week (we typically go during spring break).

I'd heard reports that there wouldn't be characters during February, that DLR was really cutting back, but we didn't notice at all. Lots of characters, lots of good times. I'll try to do a trip report in the next week, but it was truly wonderful.

Now, planning the NEXT trip...

Isn't it frightening how attached you can get to a place when you have only spent a few days there?? What is this strange hold DL has on some of us??

I feel your pain - it's so hard to come home. Have fun planning the next trip, though - I know I am!! Isn't it an amazing experience when everything comes together even better than you had hoped it would??
