Just got AAA rate YC 2003!!!!

I just got off the phone with CRO for the second time this morning and I was able to book a room at the YC for Jan.3, 2003 with a AAA discount!!!! The discount I received was 15%. Now hopefully they will have some codes coming out this fall that will get me an even better rate but if not, we're splurging and we have our room!!!! This will be our first stay at the YC and we are very excited!!!!!!!
It did take me 2 phone calls to get a CM that was able to get me the AAA rate. The first CM I spoke to didn't even seem to know what AAA was at first. Then she put me on hold for almost 10 minutes and came back on the line and said AAA rates weren't available for that time of the year and I should call back Dec.19. I hung up and called right back and Rula the CM I got the second time was able to check and tell me right away that the AAA rates were available for Jan. 2003. She was very pleasant and very helpful and I made my reservation without any problem! So, if you don't get the help you need the first time from CRO hang up and call again!!! Good luck!

We must have been posting at the same time. I got a really nice CM who at first said they don't come out until the 29th and then realized that today was the 29th. She was VERY nice and checked the rates and got me the discount at the POLY. I did have to give my AAA membership number. We're not going until July so it is a start with the discounts.

Disney-Kim, I got a rate of $272.67 including tax at the YC for a Standard view room in Jan. 2003 which is considered Value Season.
