Just got a tiara..what do you think?

Ok, I just got this tiara on ebay. I think it goes with my dress pretty well. Do you think I should wear a neclace or not? Will it be too much?

Thanks everyone! I am not sure how I want to wear my hair. Probably up with curls but kind of loose in the front, not real tight. I have long dark thick hair so I think that would be best. I have to decide if I want the veil on top or off the back of my head. I am not sure on that either.

Beautiful tiara. I think you can still wear a necklace. Just make sure you dont over do it with huge earrings and a bracelet and stuff. Less is more.

I think you could go either way. Do the tiara with some great earrings like the model in your dress pic...or a simple pendant necklace with more modest earrings...

That is a beautiful tiara! I think that I might not wear a necklace--not because of the tiara, but because the neckline of your dress is detailed and I wouldn't want to detract from that. A simple necklace might work, but I don't think you'd need one if you don't want one.

Your dress and tiara are both beautiful. Personally I think with that wonderful neckline and beading I would be careful not to take away from that with a necklace, but if you do I'd make it simple. Either way I would make sure the earrings compliment the tiara. Hair in an updo can be very elegant. When my daughter got married in June she choose to just wear the tiara no veil. I also recall the alteration woman mentioning if your on the shorter side hair in an updo makes you look taller.

If you wear the tiara put the veil off the back of it - fresh flowers would to nice, too
instead of the tiara.

The dress is very beautiful and formal -
Suggestion would be pearl earings stud or drop ( not too big )
and a string of pearls.
