I just got an email survey from Disney Destinations regarding the Bounce Back offer they were offering for Free Dining back in November/December.
They asked about my stay in December (where, how many nights, how many days I visited the parks)
They showed a screen shot of the Bounce Back brochure, then asked if I heard about this offer.
Then asked if I booked this offer.
Asked where I heard about this offer (choices were in-room information, resort tv information, a note on a receipt, lobby desk, other)
Asked how many nights I booked the offer for, what resort I booked the offer for, what type of ticket I purchased.
Also asked what the offer enabled me to do
Choices were trip I wouldn't otherwise take, longer stay, nicer resort, or planned trip at a lower price, or stay at another location off property
Asked how the experience with booking face to face with agent was
Asked what I liked about the offer
Asked what I disliked about the offer
Asked some demographic stuff
