Just got a Game-on PIN !!!

Hi,
I got a PIN in the mail now I am on the phone trying to use it and Disney can't find it!!
After 20 minutes they found it!!! But what is it?
It's the same one that I got by calling last week! It took them 20 minutes to tell me that!
So we are still staying at Corando Springs for 9 nights in Nov. Our first time at the Food and Wine Festival!
Now all I have to do is wait - patiently
