just getting started with dvc

Hi,
I am very interested w/getting into dvc by resale, as i believe it is
cheaper,no problem w/financing. just a few questions how does
the point system work for example if my use year is April and I have
150 pts and none are used within that year how long can they be carried
over for? but if i use only a few of those points how long are the remaining
points carried on for? And if any one has any hot resale tips i can buy into
(only looking for 150 points please let me know

If you don't use the points one year, you may bank them into next year. You have a declining window during the year in which to bank the points...You may bank 100% of the points during the first six months of your use year, then 50% with 3-6 months remaining in use year and 25% with 3 months remaining. No points may be banked the final two months of use year. Once you bank points into the next year, they many not be "unbanked."

You may also "borrow" your next year's points into the current year.
