I was able to book the teacher rate (even though I am on the administrative team of a college) directly with the Dolphin. I called once and was told I couldn't, then I called again, reading off the Dreams Unlimited web site, and was told I could because the teacher discount had been extended to encompass administrators and staff. I got the reservationist's name...but now I'm worried that the discount won't be honored once I'm on site. Do you think I should start over and book thru Dreams Unlimited? Any downside to doing that?
Hi musicmom3, There are no down sides to booking through Dreams Unlimited. The company helps support the information boards with their advertising on the site and they offer great rates and excellant customer service. The other plus with booking with Dreams is the extra features you are able to use when you book.
Dreams Unlimited Travel offers the very popular Priority Seating Service to DreamsRES system clients. Clients using the DreamsRES system for Orlando area hotel reservations can take advantage of this truly unique service free of charge! Through a special client services area, you tell Dreams which Walt Disney World Resort restaurants you'd like to visit, and on which days. They even work for the hard to get priority seatings like Cinderella's Royal Table. They take care of the rest! No more long, costly phone calls to make your dining arrangements or getting up before 7 am to book that Cinderella's Royal Table.
You also can review park hours, parades and fireworks schedules in the special client services area made for your reservation information.
I booked with DreamsRes for the Dolphin for March for $129 a night. We're so excited. I work as admin staff at a college and my husband works for the state so I figure we've got it covered one way or another!
