Just found out POP is undergoing major refurbishment over Christmas?

We were set to stay there again this Christmas and just found out main pool will be closed during refurbishment. Wondering if we should switch resorts--that's a pretty major part of the resort. They held their NYE events and everything there. Anyone have any more info? Thanks!

The Hippy Dippy pool refurb is not scheduled to start until mid January. You're good.

Thank you--that's what they said when I called. Strange that I would have received a letter specifically saying that was closed and the Computer pool open during my stay, but happy it's not the case!

Yeah, unfortunately tons of guests received the same incorrect letter/email.

I received the same letter this morning when I checked my mail. We are only there for two days before transferring over to Kidani for our points stay. Before that I received a letter stating that the computer pool was closed.
