Hi,
Maybe I can help. Been to wdw twice pregnant, both times during 2nd trimester (3 and 4 mos). By this time I didn't feel sick anymore and had more energy. There are a lot of rides and things you can do, just pay attention to the signs. Went to London with my husband on business when I was 9 weeks pregnant, a whole different story. This is a risky time, so you have to be careful, just made sure I got enough rest and drank a lot of ginger ale (pretty nauseas). My husband kept trying to make me walk instead of paying for a cab, men sometimes don't get it, at this point you can't see the evidence (still skinny), so he kept forgetting. Just kept telling him it's like having a hangover. He'd then say, "OHHH". If you feel tired, just sit down for a bit. But I was still able to tour, just a little bit slower. I'm normally a commando type so, I had to slow down at wdw being pregnant and it was a nice surprise to see things in that way! Have a great time!!!
