Just for verification, if I make an ADR and don't show up

there are no consequences? I made an extra reservation that I don't know if we'll be able to keep (time constraints). Do we just let them know that day?

As long as you haven't put down a credit card.....say like for CRT, then you're fine. Of course its nicer if you cancel in advance, but if you really don't know, then its okay.

And, by "extra reservation" you don't mean that you double booked yourself for one night right? If you did, make sure you cancel b/c both of your ressies could be cancelled by the system.

Nope, no double booking. I'm just not sure if we'll have time to do H&V at DHS one evening.
Thanks so much. I'm going to try to cancel it earlier if I can. I'd hate to keep someone waiting for a spot.

we have CRT but 1 person may not be able to go, as it is a really late dinner 9pm. If one does not show up, do they charge a cancellation fee for the missed person?

I have cancelled an ADR the day of b/c we have changed our minds or went to a different park. A few times my son was still napping and knew we would not make the dinner plans so I have called (sometimes they make a later one or we just cancel). If you are not planning on going, I would just call and let them know so they give your table to a walk up. Hope this helps.

Question! Would they cancell without notice?
I'm concerned now, because I didn't think of this when I made my ADRs last night. I'm going woth a party of 9, so instead I booked a table of 4, and another table of 5 for the same place at the same time. Should I be concerned?:confused3

Yes, they do sometimes if the same person has booked two reservations for the same date and time. Maybe you can call Dining and have the two tables put under one reservation number.

Thanks for the tip. I called today, and CM had me change my name on one of them. Now were all good! Glad someone pointed it out to me before something bad happened! :goodvibes
