I made my booking for my trip to DLP in December using the Shareholder's Booking Line. After we had made our booking our friends said that they would like to come as well. I contacted the number given on our confirmation letter and asked if the extra people could be added. After being put on hold for bout 10 minutes they said that in order to change the booking I needed to send them an e-mail and someone would ring me back in about 5 days!!!:sad2:.

I then decided to try the Shareholder's Booking Line again (I would have tried it first but I don't speak French and get a little confused when deciding which Options to choose). With in 10 minutes the booking had been changed and my friends added.

So basically what I am saying is that if you have queries with your booking and you are a Shareholder always try them first.

Thanks for the advice Caroline :) The people at the Shareholder's Club are certainly very helpful :thumbsup2

I agree. When we needed to change our summer booking the Shareholders Club ensured that the CRO's in booking advanced our changes :)
