Hi Kari! I am back from bar exam study/taking and ready to get back into the DIS. I have missed it so much!

Anywho - I have a friend who is having lapband surgery on Monday and I am making her a care package. I was wondering if you would be interested in making a DISign that is similar to one you already have but says: "Nothing tastes as good as being healthy feels"

Oh my gosh, how scary! I would be more than ready to come home!

DS absolutely loved the Olympic one! I made it into a cling in honor of the Games starting. I took a pic but didn't have time to get it posted last night! Hopefully I will be able to do it tonight.

And yes, you are missed! Love the daily dose of laughter!

I'd love to see the cling if you get a minute to post it. Happy 8/8/08.

Thanks for the update...Id be ready to come home too...I walked over the top of a sunning copperhead one day (HUGE and streach out across the gravel road)and it never moved on the way to the fishing hole ...the couple behind me saw it an freacked...my head must have been up in the clouds...NEVER AGAIN... my eyes are focus on the ground....lol

Yikes! The closet we ever got to a scare was my nephew, then about 4 standing right near that was in a bush. It just started striking at him. Fortunately it missed.

My mom actually picked one up when she was weeding one day (reaching under a bush for leaves etc). She threw it as far as she could and thought it was a bull snake until she heard it rattling a few seconds later.

I'm glad everyone is OK .. (I don't know how true it is but tell your mom to place moth balls around and it helps to keep snacks away) (OK maybe everyone else to But that maybe good thing )

Yes that was way too close....when I was growing up we got some new neighbors behind us with 2 boys an a girls the youngest boy as a baby picked up a ratler an his mom freaked.....needless to say they moved here from Arizonia an somehow the baby didnt get bit

I know. I screamed so loud when I saw the third one I made DD cry. She wasn't afraid of the snake but me screaming scared her to death. Poor thing.
