I am 5ft 0inc 123pounds I want to lose 3 pounds however DH is not for it what do you think?
I don't he just over heard me tell my mom that is my goal and he did not like itI think if you want to lose 3lbs then go for it. I don't see why you need DH's permission for that.![]()
It doesn't sound like you need to lose the 3lbs. Instead of focusing on the 3 lbs, you could always just focus on excerising and making sure you are in shape (or staying in shape). Maybe take up something easy like bike riding/running/swimming. Just based on some things you have posted it seems one of those might really help with a lot of things, including being a stress reliever!
Would anyone seriously notice a loss of 3 pounds?
I am glad I weigh the right amount however I am a size 10 in Jrs and that does not sound right.
I am not sure how old you are, but Jrs is usually a few sizes smaller than adult womans sizes. I would guess you are about a size 6 in woman's, which I think is fine. I wouldn't go by your clothes size, a lot of that is just based on the shape of your body.

and when it gets cooler at night maybe walking around the block would not be a bad idea but I do a lot of walking to get from point A to point B

No but it will get me at a even number
