I think if you want to lose 3lbs then go for it. I don't see why you need DH's permission for that. :confused3
 
It doesn't sound like you need to lose the 3lbs. Instead of focusing on the 3 lbs, you could always just focus on excerising and making sure you are in shape (or staying in shape). Maybe take up something easy like bike riding/running/swimming. Just based on some things you have posted it seems one of those might really help with a lot of things, including being a stress reliever!
 
I don't think you need to loose it, your height and weight are healthy. But 3lbs isn't a lot and can easily be lost in a week. If it makes you feel better then why not?

and when it gets cooler at night maybe walking around the block would not be a bad idea but I do a lot of walking to get from point A to point B
 
I am glad I weigh the right amount however I am a size 10 in Jrs and that does not sound right.

I am not sure how old you are, but Jrs is usually a few sizes smaller than adult womans sizes. I would guess you are about a size 6 in woman's, which I think is fine. I wouldn't go by your clothes size, a lot of that is just based on the shape of your body.

I have friends who can still wear Juniors sizes because they are so petite. You guys are lucky - there are some cute things in the Juniors section.

I agree that the three pounds shouldn't be the focus - just concentrate on being healthy and fit. :goodvibes
 
I don't think 3lbs matters. I typically fluctuate 2 or 3 lbs during the day just depending on what I eat and how much water I'm drinking.

Is you DH against you losing weight or is he against you going on a diet? You really don't need to lose 3 pounds, what the scale says is just a number. Clothing size is also just a number and not a very accurate one at that! A size 10 in juniors is pretty small.

What you need is to be comfortable in the body you are in. If you want to change it you need to do it in a healthy way.
Also remember a woman's weight can fluxuate during the month.
 
If you want to lose 3lbs, go for it. It may not be a lot but if you want to do it, you have every right.
 
I will learn that numbers don't mean a thing I feel healthy and that is all that matters,numbers are for kids and teens and am not the above all that should/and does matter is that I am healthy.
 
I wanted to add that I personally do notice 3lbs loss or gain, as do others around me. I think it depends on your shape. For me, 132 looks a lot different than 135.

However I wouldn't stress about it, just be healthy and exercise and you may lose without even trying.
