WOW!!!! I love it and can't wait to get my new body. :p I actually got the extra tapes so I am going to alternate and do the basic twice a day (until I get the hang of it) and then work my way up to the advanced tapes. Do you think it's okay to do them twice a day (morning and evening)?

I don't see any problem with doing the Basic twice a day! :) GO FOR IT!!!!!!!!! Here is some pixie dust for your abs tomorrow, just in case you feel it a bit! ;)
