Just did a DCL guest survey

I just finished a passenger survey from DCL. They said that they choose a few from each cruise to survey. We really had no complaints at all about our Thanksgiving cruise, so I gave excellent to just about everything. I also made to mention our servers by name several times. They were most excellent.
Anybody else done one of these?

Did you get a post card in the mail with a password, to take the survey online? If so, we did too. It came in DH's name but I did the survey myself.
 
We have received a card in the mail within 2 weeks of both our cruises requesting we go online and complete the survey. Not sure how random they are... but we always complete them.
 
We received a DCL survey postcard after our August 2004 cruise. We also gave excellent ratings.
 

We had 4 cabins last month and only one got the survey. He threw it in the garbage because he thinks Carnival is better. I think he is an idiot. So I filled it out. Needless to say he is not going with us in 2006. His loss our game. We do not need people or families like that to make it miserable for others. Wow, was I venting. Oops. I guess it is obvious that I love Disney. Gosh it feels better to be out of the closet.
 
Hey Willie, just got mine in the mail yesterday!! Had 2 cabins and recieved 1 post card......I recieved one from the Beach Club last week also......
 
i just received my online survey postcard today from the 11/27/04 Magic sailing. As the OP wrote, I wonder just how "many" a select few is...

I marked a lot of "excellent" but I wasn't happy with the shops. I really thought their selection of merchandise were not good choices. I couldn't find a $10-20 DCL exclusive gift for some friends of ours. It was either a picture frame (what would they do with a DCL picture frame and they are not in it??) or the $40 propeller clock. Keep in mind this is a souvenir for one family to enjoy, not seperate trinkets for each person.

What I was really looking for was a nice pewter letter opener....
 
Maybe not so "random" after all. We got one yesterday for our 2nd cabin. They may send them to everyone.
 
We received one, and so did my mom who had never been on a disney cruise. We booked on board for them, so I guess that must be the reason. Our survey referred to only the rebooking process.
 
I just received on about our o board booking experience. That was different. Thsi one wanted to know what you like and did not like about theexperience. My dislike is easy, one person dong the job for many and the wait time or feeling rushed when you are the one at the desk and others are waiting.
 
mine was about how likely or unlikely i would book future potential itineraries such as the meditterranian, mexican riviera, bermuda and alaska. i guess they are all different.
