has there been any data, statistics on how often the poly cottages or copper creek cabins been occupied. they're an awful lot of points to reserve and was wondering if many are just there vacant.

Not as far as I know. The closest thing is the 60 day snapshot available on the Member's website. Here's the most current one:

They update it every week and it's just a snapshot in time. You can't tell how many villas might be available at the time they checked, just that there are nights where at least one villa is available.

The cabins haven't been making an appearance on the list (that I've noticed), but the bungalows do.
