Just curious what everyone is getting with code.

I called today and got Contemporary MK view for $237 per night and AKL bunkbed savannah view for $186 per night.

Hmm, this will be our 4th trip since 2000 and I think we took 3 trips in the 90's... is that considered frequent? I will call them tomorrow. I did find 3 digit codes somewhere online (I"m all over the place on this world wide web of ours) and I wonder if those were the codes that I stumbled upon

I don't know how they chose the people to send these codes to. I have gone 4 weeks a year for the last 6 years and only got a postcard twice.

Going for Food and Wine festival!! Also, I priced a room only code for Wilderness Lodge and she quoted me $207/night for WL. Got a better deal with POFQ.

I haven't checked with DH yet, but this is my early Christmas present, or at least that is what I am going to tell him!

......I was finally able to book the "code" through an AAA agent who had the 40% off TA code.

Dates 8/26 - 9/1: All Star Music - 6 nights me & DS 12, 7 day base ticket, dining plan.....

$1248 and change. I am very excited since I saved about $230 over rack rate and $110 over the usual AAA rate. Free dining would be cheaper than this, but right now it looks like odds are 50:50.

I had to resist asking about mod and deluxe rates. Since it's just me and DS (not the entire family), I guess I'll stick with value. But - boy would I love AKL!

Then why can't everyone call AAA and get this 40% discount TA code without PIN?

I just got an email from Disney Destinations LLC that starts off saying as a token of appreciation we would like to send you this ...and then the rest of the email is unreadable. Is this the discount pin email that people are getting? Should I pursue or is this a scam?? TIA

I just booked CSR for $1136 for 4 nights, 4 day tickets and dining for my DH and I. This is for Dec 2007. I thought it sounded like a pretty good price. I used the code and the CM said that it was about 30 or 40% off.

I booked with the code for September = WL woods view. I couldn't get the standard view with the code and don't know if it was due to the code or none available. Did anyone get a WL standard view with the code, regardless of time of year????

I tried to book WL standard view when we were there in Dec. for the bounceback deal Sept. 8-13th. Standard wasn't available for that either. I think they probably want to get you in a more expensive room for the discounts.

The CR is for Sept 23-30 and AKL is Dec 19-26.

Actually the CR was discounted to $155 during value season using the code. Haven't seen rates this cheap in a long time!

I booked BWV for 19th to 26th December using the 40% code(which I got by using the link from this site. From England so probably zero hope of ever getting a pin code). 1 bedroom villa for $255, was told the usual rate was $450 for 19th and over $600 for 20th to 26th but because my first night was value rate I got this for the whole trip. This is a far better deal than I go for the same time last year using my annual pass. I simply called up asked for the rate and said I had a code. I didn't even mention pin numbers and the CM just applied it no problem.
