Just curious--OOP discount

I know that most people advise against staying on "points" in the resort hotels. But I thought I read somewhere that DVC members are entitled to a discount for a cash reservation? Or is that only for DVC accommodations? Either way, where would one go to find the "DVC" price for a cash reservation? Or is it a specific percentage discount?

It is only DVC and only if there are rooms available for the discount. It is a flat 25%.

There are some locations you cannot get on member cash or member cash discount - BW view at the BWV, Standard view at the BWV, two bedroom with two queens in the second bedroom at BCV.
