I'm really trying to get all excited about this toast thing, but frankly it's just not too thrilling.
Today seems much like more of a toasted crumpets with strawberries and cream sort of day. I know a great dairy with fresh from the pasture products.![]()
We can still toast, but we'll substitute some fancy-schmancy high-falutin toast.
As long as we don't tell you know who, I think we'll be OK.![]()

You and me both, as long as they're good scones. I prefer homemade to commercial bakery scones as many commercially prepared scones can substitute as hammers, hockey pucks or door stops in an emergency.I prefer tea and scones.If I knew how to post a picture I'd do so.

Pardon moi! Not everyone in the US is incapable of making good scones.Mine are soft, warm and fluffly. Nothing like those rock biscuits the US calls scones over there.![]()

....there used to be a place in Hawthorne that was a tea shop, where you could host girls' birthday parties there. My DSis did that with her 2 older DDs....it was so much fun! This pix reminds me of those birthday parties, except the tables were small round ones that seated 4...
