Hello, everyone!

I was just wondering if anyone had been to Goofy's Candy Co. lately and filled up one of those little mini candy bins. I wanted to start a thread that had more recent information than my last thread. :goodvibes

Are they still $10 to fill up? Does anyone know if the Goofy's Candy Co. section in MouseGear has a larger selection of bulk candy than the one in DTD? Does anyone have pics??? I've already gotten the pics from the food pics thread over on the restaurants board. :teeth: Does anyone have any more?

Any info would be great!! :cool1:

Well when we went last fall, the CM working at Goofy's told me they didn't have any of these left. She had no idea when or if they were going to get any more. Bummer, I really wanted one of those cute bins.

I don't know if it's the same thing you're talking about, but we were there last week, and we looked all over for some of the loose candy to fill the straws and couldn't find any. Finally, a cm told us they had to discontinue, because kids were putting the straws up inside and taking it out and licking it and then putting them back up inside. The health dept. said it had to go. They still have some of the goofy bins and there are some at Mousegears, but what I'm talking about is the grainy or powdery kind that my kids use to have in straws.

June 2006
Goofy's Candy Store- DTD
We used the mini lunch boxes - yellow with Goofy character in different poses all over it. It's about 3" by 5 " by 1.5 "

$20 for fill it up with candy from the bins.
I allowed only warpped cany- no lose candy.
So my kids had in their Goofy lunch boxes, sweettarts, tootsie rolls, and taffy.
Total weight of the box was about 1 pound of candy, maybe 1.5 pounds.

The lunch box is cute empty- to use for loose small items or for a money box.

Sorry no pictures. No digital camera savy.

Eww! That's horrible! :sad2:

Actually, what I was talking about was a small version of the larger candy bins that you could fill with candy. It even came with a little scoop! So they don't have these anymore!!! :sad1: Maybe someone else has seen them recently?? :confused3 I really wanted one of these. :sad1:

EEWwwww, gross!

But my dd will be really sorry when we visit WDW next april. I think those straws, along with BBB are her favorite thing at WDW.

Can´t say I am too sorry, when she is so happy filling the straws, I am only thinking "tooth decay, acid reflux and hiperactivity", lol.

I too am anxious to find out about those bins, as I'll be there in Nov 08, and would love to pick some up, so if ANYONE has any info, please let us interested parties know!
