I haven't checked in lately, so I thought I'd prove I'm still alive.

It's been a good and bad week. I missed my WW meeting two weeks ago and found it very difficult to stay with the program for the week. Also, it was THAT week of my cycle, so I found myself eating too much salt and too much chocolate. I only went over by 5-8 points a day, but I was not happy with myself. Went back to WW this past weekend and gained 3 pounds. I was relieved it was only 3 pounds. But, just attending the meeting refocused my energy and motivation, so I'm back on track again.

Good news is I went clothes shopping yesterday, and even with everything, I'm down 2 or 3 sizes to a 22 (not sure, haven't bought clothes lately). For a while there, nothing in the department stores fit around my butt, so it was a relief to be able to actually shop, even in the plus sizes. I got some really nice stuff and new pants. :)

And that's all that's up. Hope all is well by you ...

Sounds like you are doing great if you are able to see a difference in clothes sizes.

Down three sizes??? That's awesome! WOW, even stumbling a little on your eating plan you are still making progress. Good for you!

I'm so glad you checked in with us. Try to visit us more often. Our support group is really helpful and you are an important part of that support group.

I'm so proud of you for fitting into a much smaller size :)
