for free dining...they reserved the wrong hotel...I reserved ASMo with the CM this morning...the ressie says ASMu...:eek: :scared1:

CHECK YOUR RESSIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Did you call back and correct it??
 
i'm on the phone with a CM now...but I doubt they are gonna have availability at ASMo now....:sad2:

I just tried to review my ressie and I got message saying the site is temp. down. I did price out the pkg. online that I made this a.m. on the phone and the figures don't match - put in exactly the same dates, insurance, etc. and the online price is $150 less - does anyone know why? - Tax? something else?:confused:
 

When I made my reservations ASMo was sold out for free dining for my dates. Apparently it is very popular for free dining. Last year during free dining, the CM spelled ALL 5 of our names wrong, and put our family in one preferred room and one standard, but requested that they be connected. It was easily corrected with a phone call.

OP - Good luck on getting the resort changed!

Robin4 - I don't know why the price would come out different. Ours came out the same for all three of our reservations (big family). I would check your reservation carefully once the system is back up, and if it still doesn't match the online quote, call and ask why. It could be that you or the CM overlooked a small detail. well, the CM that I spoke with transferred me to guest services, who was super unsympathetic, and rude and pretty much told me I was beat...I told her that the CM made my ressies for ASMo and asked her if the calls were recorded, and she said not all of them...how convenient...but that she would see if it was recorded, and then said she would get back to me...PLEASE HELP...what should I do should I try to call back and speak with someone else...UGH...I can't believe this is happening...I really don't want to stay at ASMu and don't know what to so!!!!

I am sooo sorry - I would try calling back and see if you get a nicer CM who could offer you something. I know there will probably be cancellations later at ASMo that you might could snag but I know you want it NOW - I would feel the same way - try another call and we will all be sending pixiedust: your way
 
I checked online again and now my online quote matches - it's weird though because I checked some other resorts earlier too and got a cheaper quote for them as well and they have now gone up in price - obviously I did something wrong before or maybe I've just lost my mind over this whole free dining thing:scared1: The worst part would be if there had been a computer glitch earlier and I could have gotten those pkgs. cheaper then - you know that possibility is going to bug me for a long time :laughing:

Where exactly does one go to check their reservation? I've been looking and looking and nothing...perhaps I'm just blind.

She's correct. I had to split my original up in to two separate ones, as we are arriving on the 24th of August. So we're paying for the DDP for the first 2 days and the from the 26th to the 30th it's all on Disney!! Didn't have to wait too long on the phone, about 45mins to an hour total. Saving almost $300. Can't wait, can't wait!!
