Just Checked in Resort quick question

I just checked in DWL and I paid the extra money for a courtyard view but got put on the 2nd floor and I do have a view but all i see is shrubbery. Should I complain or just live with it? Its more or less a woods view room with court yard price and we are on our 2nd vist to DWL. I guess I expected more?

Let them know it's not a courtyard view in your mind. You would appreciate a new room but if necessary will stay there but would like to be charged the woods view rate.

I have changed rooms 2 times when I wasnt happy with our location. They were very nice about trying to get us another location. If your not happy it doesnt hurt try to get a better one. Just tell them in a nice way that you expected to see the courtyard but only see shrubs.
