Just Cashed Out at MyPoints!

Whoooo Hooooo!!!!

I needed only 10 more non-pending points to cash out and I got 5 emails this morning! $50 in RFC GC's for DD's senior week at WDW! Gotta love rewards programs! If they arrive in time, there'll be a little something extra in her stocking this Christmas!

Click on the Rewards tab at the top of the homepage.

Scroll down to the Redeem Featured Rewards section and click on the See All Rewards link.

Choose your reward from the list and click it. A shadowy screen will open over the rewards screen with details about the reward. Continue thru to redeem from there.

Can anyone tell me a little more about My points? I'd love to earn a RFC gift card for our trip next August. How do you earn on my points? I already do SR and do some shopping through QR. Are there still different opportunities on My points? Is it time consuming?

I just do my Points e-mails (just click and get the points), mainly because I'm worried about repeating offers. I just started Mypoints-ing in May, and I have over 2200 points (I think an RFC giftcard is 3500 points).

I'm very loyal to SR, but I do the clickable emails that MP sends galore (be sure that your profile info is up to date so they know all your interests), and I shop at REI dot com (SR doesn't have them). That's almost all I do there, but I've cashed out for two $25 things since March. If you shop or do anything that involves a confirmation email, be SURE to keep it. Most of the time I've shopped, or the time I signed up for Encyclopedia Britannica free trial, the points do not come through automatically. But they have had the points in my account within 12 hours of when I email them through the system, which is really nice.

Congrats. I've never had a Mypoints redemption take longer than 2 weeks to arrive so I am sure you will get it in time to for Christmas.

Can you describe the envelope your gc's came in? I cashed out on 11/18 and haven't seen anything yet. I'm hoping they didn't come in a plain envelope. Those tend to get thrown out in my house. DH hates junk mail.

All of the Mypoints redemptions I have redeemed have come in a plain white envelope with Mypoints return address on them.

That's what mine looked like, too. You could feel the giftcards thru the envelope, so hopefully you wouldn't mistakenly throw them out. You can check your MyPoints account to see when the redemption was fulfilled. Mine was fulfilled on 12/05 and arrived on 12/08. I had redeemed on 11/27.
