Just cancelled BCV for June 14 PM 1BR

Sadly we had to shave our trip one night so I just cancelled a 1BR for the night of Tues June 14 at BCV. Just thought I would mention in case anybody is waitlisted....

Aww...we arrive at BCV on the 12th!

I hope you still have a great vacation. Did you have to change air plans? That makes any change very expensive these days.

Yes, we did change our air. Luckily I booked SWA and paid zero penalties. In fact, I saved money! We saved money on our rental car too, so despite the pain of losing one night we at least had some things to gain too.

I am about to cancel Canada ressies for June 14 PM at 5:45 (for 3). This is painful to do!!!!

Yes, those Le Cellier ADR's are hard to come by! We're lucky, we have a lunch one at Le Cellier for ourselves for one of our days, and a dinner ADR for DS/DDiL on another night.

Lucky you, and your SW flights. SW isn't convenient for us...and when I do look, it seems very expensive, but they do have great cancellation policies.

I love all of my DVC stays, but the one coming up in June is special for us, because for 2 nights, we'll be hosting our DGD (8) and spending some special time with her!

Read this and wanted to chime in . That sounds really wonderful and I smiled when I read it. We are long way off from grandchildren, oldest is only 17 but what an awesome thing to be able to do. It was one of the reason we bought DVC. No doubt you are counting down the days!
