The regular PP CD is $70. That is what the poster purchased. It does not include ride photos or character meal downloads.

Also, I was worried it might not come in time due to the holidays and when I ordered (technically it was 12 days out from our trip) but it should get here the night before we leave, the tracking updated finally!

I'm glad at least some of us were able to order through the link I discovered before Disney finally caught on The sudden increase in orders surely must have tipped them off. Maybe someone else will find another overlooked link?

I ordered mine the day before Thanksgiving, and I received it in the mail today!

The link here was the plus, which includes the ride photos. The other $70 one mentioned is the one you can buy after the fact, but doesn't include ride or character dining pics.

Anybody ever buy it through preorder, and have them send an email saying that it has shipped, but when you go to the Fedex site, it still shows an anticipated ship date and doesn't appear to have actually shipped? Mine has had that status on Fedex for a couple of days, wonder if it hasn't actually shipped or if Fedex just hasn't updated their site. Just a bit concerned, as I want to be sure to get it before I leave.

There are 2 (previously 3) different options for Photopass:

• Pre order PP+ for $69.95 - includes gallery CD, ride photos and character meal photos - This option is no longer available
• Purchase PP+ in the parks for $99.95 - includes gallery CD, ride photos and character meal photos
• Purchase the PP CD after your trip when you are home for $69.95 - This will only include your photopass photos (no gallery CD, ride or character meal photos are included.

If you bought PP+, you will get your ride/character meal photos.

Not specifically regarding Photopass, but I've had that happen with other packages being shipped from UPS and FedEx. Sometimes it'll have an anticpated arrival date, but no updated infromation. Other times, it has no information at all. Other times, all of the information updated at once...after the package arrived. In most cases, the package did arrive without a problem, but if you're worried, you can contact FedEx and ask them for the status of the package. Sometimes they can find more information than what is shown on the website.

There was also the Attractions+ option available at the parks. As far as I could tell, it was only for the attraction photos and was limited to downloads only (unlimited number of attraction photos within a 14-day period). In October, it was $49.95

I suspect that some worker at the photopass center got in a little bit of trouble Monday morning when they learned they had not closed all the links for ordering the PP+, creating loop holes that so many of us took advantage of this weekend.

I also suspect they stopped presales because they are expecting this Christmas season to be the busiest one ever, and wanted to try to lighten the demand a tiny bit. So if you are not going to DL until next year, you might be able to get PP+ again after the holidays are over and things quiet down.

Yeah, I spent an hour on the phone with them last week and they said they can't order it, that the option has been taken off of their computers. So definitely worth a shot, but it was a no go on 2 separate calls I made.
