Just Called Walt Disney Travel...

...and I'm confused! I started calling about a week ago to ask about PIN codes and discounts like other people have and they say no there are no discounts. Then I call today and get a very nice helpful CM that finds a couple codes out in Disney "cyber space" and applies one to my reservation and I got 35% off! I'm just confused about how or why this happened. Why doesn't every CM know how to do that? Why do I need to call 7 different CM's to get 7 different answers? I'm really happy about the discount and glad I found a CM that new how to find what I was looking for. Sorry for the rambling, I just wanted to tell my story.

The one I spoke to this weekend told me that if I had a code, I wouldn't have to ask, it would show up as soon as they logged onto my reservation. I didn't have one by the way.. I might try again! That's awesome about your discount too!

I don't know if it was a general discount or something specific to my account, like I said, I'm confused about the whole thing . My dates are for August if that helps anyone.

I get so frustrated with cm. they give wrong information all the time. Disney should only hire people from the disboards. At least them they would get people who know and love Disney

It makes me wonder if the CM's are giving a certain number of callers per day to whom they can pass on some pixie dust? Who knows? It always has me SMH!
