Just called Disney and I have a code!

I called Monday to make ressies and the nicest CM looked for me and I had a code for 40% off. (I still haven't received anything by e-mail or snail mail)

Today was the day my code was to be active. I called this am and was told there was no code with my name.??? How do these things show up and then disappear??..When I had time to call this evening I was told there was a code. It is for free tickets and dining, for 3-9yr olds, March 1-May2. Only 1 of the 7 of us going would qualify, so the current 4/3 deal is better for us.

It's amazing what each different CM tells people. I got a man on the phone who said they no longer look up codes. He said its either through email or snail mail. I asked him to double check my email and he said it was turned off. That at some point they were told not to send emails. I told him to turn it back on! I doubt I will get a code now.

DH Called yesterday morning and did the ole, I accidently deleted the email story, and the CM checked and said there was no code linked to my name or email and she even checked under different email accounts we use...nothing :-( I'm curious, has anyone out there who resides in Florida ever gotten a code?

I just called Disney and they told me they did not have the capability to look codes up anymore. I know this is BS since I read here all the time that it is possible. So what number are you all calling to see if there is a code attached to your name?

They're lying! Keep calling until you get someone who will help you. I call the 407-WDISNEY and choose new vacation package option and go through the questions about how often and when I've been to Disney. When you get someone, write down their name and if they're not nice or won't help, hang up and call back. Make sure you have someone different than before and ask again. Eventually you'll get someone who's helpful.
