My Dw and I have been talking about this for a while after doing our tour in '99. Called 2 weeks ago and got our new info packet and after talking over the phone with sales yesterday gave them our deposit site unseen. We definitely wanted BCV's and were going to do everything when we are down in October but went ahead now to get in on Sept deal.
So Hi everyone, it will be good to meet all our new neighbors !!

Sounds just like us! We got our first information pack in 2000, and got another one in August of '02. Put our deposit down on DVC in Sept. on the phone for the current promo.

We are heading down in November to check out our new "home!"

We were told that if you buy before the end of the month they will back date your purchase to April 1, so we have all our points now and they will renew come April so we have them all again within 7 months. We will only have maint fees though from the time on purchase to the end of the year.
Plus the price for points will go up on 12/1, so this was as good as time as any.

I think they pretty much always do that. I bought in aug and the farthest back they'll date is 6 months. I have a March use year.

WELCOME HOME! We bought into BCV in September after viewing in July. I feel very happy with the purchase and I'm already thinking of adding on before the price increase. It's nice to know my purchase is already worth more than I paid for it! Staying at OKW for one day in Nov. Then BCV in Feb/Mar. Can't wait!
