Since Disney bought my resale out from under me I decided to just buy directly from Disney. At least the waiting is over.
This way I get to use my AMEX and get the skymiles I was not going to be able to get using the convience check from AMEX. I am paying more but I get the 2002 points with no dues and almost enough skymiles for a free ticket.
Four years ago I called DVC and got an info packet. I dug it out and called the person who's card was in the book. They still worked for DVC. Thirty minutes later we were done!
I now own 250 points at BCV. Tomorrow I am going to make my first reservation for a trip in October.
