Just bought a new camera

Thought it was about time we got a camera that was a bit more reliable. Our current one we've had for about 6 years and it's only 2 mega pixels (my mobile phone has got a better camera on it ).

So we've just bought a Fuji Finepix F20 - nothing special but it was reduced from £150 to £80 and has to be an improvement ont he one we have now - I've been reading the instruction book and now I just need to find a willing victim to try it out on. The only drawback is that it takes xD cards and we only have sD so we need to get a couple of cards - any suggestions on the best/cheapest place?

Congratulations on your new purchase. I am hoping to get a fujifilm camera too - I am looking at the S5700. My old 2m pixel camera has done me a big favour and has broken, which is the perfect excuse. I will have to check what the memory is as I only have SD cards. I just assume all cameras would take SD cards so thanks for the reminder! I know you can get cheap SD cards on amazon but I don't know about XD cards.

Fuji cameras are great! I have a sony cybershot but much prefer dh fuji.

Yeh, it's got a very small internal memory (can take about 6 pictures) so I had a little mess with it yesterday, trying out the different settings. I love the Continuous Shooting mode - got some good pics of Daniel running around the house like a loon Trouble is, until we get a couple of xD cards, I keep having to delete the pics because I can't be bothered to keep downloading them to the PC.

Sounds great Joh, I'm on my 3rd Fuji camera now, I'm just a point-and-shoot girl too and I love them.

I always buy my XD cards from 7dayshop too.
