I definitely don't think you bought too many points....if you can swing the cost of the 350 points, then GO FOR IT and don't regret your decision!!! 10 years from now, I bet you'll be even more glad that you did it! (That "2 smaller contracts" thing does sound like a good idea, though, if it's not too late.)

Phew!!! I thought I was getting the right amount of points. I don't want to borrow every year! We'd run out! We did only do one contract but I haven't even gotten the legal papers yet so maybe it'snot too late! The other thing is if we want to give it to our kids than we have to have small contracts for each right(trust me they aren't gettign 350 each)? Question though, I read something about adding someone's name to the contract-how does that work? Are we just in control of it but they are then allowed to use it? I LOVE all the welcome homes! I'm all choked up!
