Did you buy it online, through My Disney Experience?

If so, it should all be sorted and good to go! If you're on site, it will be pre-loaded onto your magic bands when you arrive.

make sure every person with a magic band in your group has logged on checked the box to share photos with friends in my disney experience. Or, only use the main account band to save the photos after they've been taken.

We are also thinking of purchasing this prior to our trip. Is photo pass & Memory maker the same thing or are they two different products?

Are you staying on site and did you buy through My Disney Experience? You didn't need to pay for postage (sorry, too late, I know) if you are and did... It should just link! I got emailed something to take to Will Call, but I didn't need it. It just worked.

Ahhh, not sure how it works off site, as you won't have a magic band automatically!

You get a card sent in post that you give the card to photopass guys in park. When you get card link it to your my disney account then you ready to view photos there once you start using the card.
