Depends on what you like but you may look into Les Chefs (France), Coral Reef (maybe booked solid), one of the character buffets if you have kids, San Angel if you like Mexican food. They are all very good.
I 2nd Spoodles. Went there in Jan. and will be going again in Sept. Family oriented restaurant with very good food. Loved the entertainers on the boardwalk outside. If it's raining outside the entertainers will come table side in Spoodles.
We just did our first "Signature Dining" at California Grill a couple of weeks ago, and I would heartily recommend that. The food and service were worth 2 TS, and I think it may become our "other" standard stop, in addition to Le Cellier.
