Just booked the Montana and Alberta trip!

Hi all! I'm new to this site...mostly just read and don't ever really post, but I'm excited to say that I just booked the Montana and Alberta ABD trip! My sister and I are going in September of next year.

Has anyone done this trip and if so what can you tell me about it? I told my sister she could pick any trip and this is the one she picked. I know ABD is a great way to travel (this will be my second ABD, her first) and can't wait to go.

Anyone done this trip?

Loved it! Loved it! Loved it!....Oh bye the way we Loved It!. Your sister has great taste. We did this trip 2010 and it is truely beautiful. The wilderness and "big sky" country will take your breath away. The hotel in Banff is different than where we stayed and frankly a much better fit. September would be beautiful for the changing of the leaves (we get alot here in Vermont also) and the starting of fall air I suspect will only enhance the beautiful nature found there.If you have any specific questions I would try to answer them. We are going to the Southwest Splendours this coming June 2013.
